LOST & FOUND

To our valued customers, 

Compadres Mall is a safe shopping mall that values honesty and integrity from both its tenants and their customers. If in the event you may have lost and or found an item(s), we ask that you turn in the item(s) to our office located on the 2nd floor of the Compadres Mall.

 

We thank you in advance for helping us keep Compadres Mall a safe place to be. 

Our Policy 

  • Compadres Mall is not resonsible for any lost and or stolen items.

  • Any lost item that is not claimed within one(1) week from the date found/turned in, will be donated to charity.  

  • If in the event you are not able to obtain your lost item before the one(1) week deadline you may request for an extension, please call our office.

  • Compadres Mall will not be responsible for returning your lost item. 

  • Compadres Mall is not responsible for providing customers with video footage of any incident that occurs on-premise. 

  • If in the event the police request to see any video footage from our cameras, we will comply. 

What to do If I lost an item:  ​

  • Complete the form below to file a claim.

  • Please note: any claims make take up to 3 business days to process. 

  • You may also visit our Compadres Mall Office (located on the 2nd floor at Suite 201) during our normal business hours. 

What to do If I found an item:  

Please visit our Compadres Mall office during normal business hours to drop off the item found. 

Please be sure to indicate the following:

  • Your name

  • Your contact number 

  • Where you found the item and when

  • A brief description of the item
